The Kateb Journal of Law follows a double-blind peer review process to
ensure the integrity and quality of the published articles. Upon submission,
the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential. The
manuscript is assigned to expert reviewers who evaluate the paper based on its
academic merit, originality, methodology, and contribution to the field of law.
The reviewers provide constructive feedback, suggestions for improvement, and
make a recommendation regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of the
manuscript. The author's identities are concealed throughout the review
process, and the reviewers' identities are also kept anonymous to the authors.
This ensures an unbiased evaluation and promotes fairness and objectivity in
the decision-making process.
