Dr. Juma
Ali Haqqani is a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Kateb University. He
holds a doctoral degree in Criminal Law and Criminology from the University of
Tehran. He was born in 1977 in Dikondi and holds Afghan citizenship. He
completed his master's degree in Criminal Law at Al-Mustafa International
University in Qom. Dr. Juma Ali Haqqani is proficient in Arabic and English
languages. He has been involved in academic and cultural activities, including
being a member of the faculty at Nasser Khosrow Institute in Dikondi province.
Additionally, he has worked in media and press, serving as the editor-in-chief
of various journals. Dr. Juma Ali Haqqani has published articles in various
fields. Furthermore, for a period of two years (2013 to 2014), he worked as a
full-time professor and faculty member at Gargestan University (Farah branch).
He has also been involved in drafting the commentary on the Criminal Procedure
Code. The first volume of this commentary has been published, and the second
volume is currently under review for publication. He has also been involved in
activities at Al-Mustafa University in Kabul, including teaching at the
Department of Jurisprudence and Law in 2018, and serving as the dean of the
faculty from 2019 until the end of 2020.
